The fisheries are set amidst beautiful Shropshire countryside on a large arable farm, with ample free car parking quite close to the pools, two of which are suitable for disabled access.
There are 11 pools, varying in size from 7 to 60 pegs, two of which are suitable for disabled access.
The pools are well-stocked with carp (mirror, common and crucian), bream, roach, rudd, barbel, perch and gudgeon. All apart from the specimen pool may be booked for contests.
Night fishing on the gage pool only.
£20 first night £15 the second.
Fish are in excellent condition haven't seen one not in good shape!
The best pegs - as you walk on to the pools walk left around the pool till you're facing the island, the fish patrol tightly against the island, you also get the best range deep water to shallow if you fish there.
Cat food and macaroni are supposed to be the best bait as the fish get moved from match pools into gage when they reach a good size.
