Prices
The cost of a day's fishing is  currently £5.10 for adults.

Concessions of £2.55 apply from Monday to Friday and apply to:

  • Juniors
  • Blue badge holders
  • Senior citizens
  • Unwaged persons
All fishing during the winter season, which runs from the 1st December through to the close of the season.

Closed Season
There is a 3 month closed season each year running from the middle of March each year to the middle of June.

Disabled Access
Some fishing platforms are designed for disabled persons. For details of access through the barrier to the Great Pool contact the Park Warden.

The Night Syndicate
Himley Park operates a night time fishing syndicate. Membership is restricted to people who are over the age of 18 and who live in the Borough of Dudley. At the present time there is a two year waiting list for membership. Fishing is from a series of numbered pegs at a current cost of £200.00 for the year.

To become a member please contact the Park Warden for an application form.

  • An Environment Agency Licence must be produced
  • One person per peg only
  • A maximum of two rods per person
  • No groundbait
  • No keepnets
  • Barbless hooks only
  • No bait in tins
  • No bait boats (a remote controlled boat for delivering free offerings to a chosen fishing location)
