1 acre fishing lake is now open 7 days a week and contains a well stocked selection of Carp and coarse fish.
Upper Farm Fishery is a well established, tranquil, private 1 acre lake situated in the beautiful South Oxfordshire countryside between Chinnor and Princes Risborough. With 20 swims/pegs it is ideally suited to match and club fishing as well as pleasure anglers on day, night or 24 hour tickets.
The lake is stocked with Common, Crucian and Mirror Carp, ranging from a few pounds to the largest recorded catch of 23lbs. In addition there are Roach, Rudd, Bream, Perch and other coarse fish to keep anglers busy.
The lake is split into 2 pools, joined by a narrow waterway that connects to the 2 pools. The larger pool is upto 5 feet deep and has 11 swims/pegs, of which 3 are doubles and can hold 2 people. The smaller pool is upto 7 feet deep and has 9 swims/pegs.
The lake at Upper Farm was established in the early 1980's and was fished exclusively by a local syndicate until 2011. The lake and fish have been left to fend for themselves for the past 3 years, until Gary and Ali, the new owners of Upper Farm decided to re-open the lake for day ticket access on 26th May 2014.
The fish are in excellent health and condition and even the small carp are putting up a good fight, making anglers work for each and every catch.
