Located on the boundary between Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire just outside of Henlow, we cater for camping, caravans, fishing, walks and conservation. We are open all year round and access is easy as we are just off the A507, which can be accessed from junction 10 of the A1(M).

Vincent's and Jordan's lakes are open all year round to anglers, with the River Hiz open during the normal open season.

Henlow Bridge Lakes were created in 2002 and are close to the River Hiz, which also forms part of the anglers choice of fishing. The lakes are set within a maturing conservation landscaping scheme which, apart from providing a haven for wildlife, provides a countryside backdrop with wind protection for anglers. Anglers are provided with their own individual swims both singles and doubles. Special easy access facilities for less abled persons are also catered for. The lakes and riverside offer a fishing facility suitable for all ages and caters for everyday leisure anglers who wish to pursue their sport surrounded by countryside. The lakes and riverside have a car parking area close to many swims.

Superb lake swims in a1 condition also has toilets and tackle shop on site night fishing allowed by pre booking

Great for catching fish....not great sizes though.

Waste of time

If you look on YouTube you see fish coming out of here but not big at all they are about 5-7lbs but when they say there is 20s to 30s in the bigger pound never beleave them and they need to add more carp to them for the kids who would go there as they just started to fish

It's not a good lake at the mo it would be if the owners know how to do it rite

Friendly helpful staff , well looked after , my only grip is the swims are set out badly on the big lake and you end up with people casting into ur swim and line , Good head of fish although single figures and low teens ,, would recommend it as a must try
