From the village of Kilburn stay on the B609 to Belpher, approximately one mile from the Kilburn turn left into Killis Lane, almost immediately turn right into Killis Lake (signposted). Follow the roadway up the hill to the lake and car park.
How to catch
Margin fishing or surface baits are popular methods in the summer. Fishing at 8m on the bottom becomes effective in the cooler months. Pellets, paste and bread work well, as does sweetcorn and meat baits.
