Description

Chequertree Fishery offers the perfect retreat for those seeking comfort as well as relaxation.

Details

Chequertree Fishery has been established for over twenty years. One of Chequertree’s key strengths is that is well known and well established as providing both trout and coarse fishing. The facilities compare extremely well with other commercially run fishing lakes in the UK, and so attract day visitors, including open match competitions, and Angling Club match days, as well as bringing to the area week and weekend visitors.

Our lakes are well stocked with Common, Mirror, Crucian, Leather and Grass Carp, Trout, Rudd, Roach, Bream, Tench, Pike and Perch.

At Chequertree we offer unique, high quality facilities, and through our expanding programme of promotion, including advertising and our website, we have increased our range of activities. We are becoming a leading fishery in the South East of England, proudly attracting visitors to the Weald of Kent. The recent enhancements to the facilities has made its appeal stronger to a wider range of visitors, including experienced fishermen, beginners, the young, the old, families, the disabled, just about anyone seeking rest and relaxation whilst enjoying the passion of angling.

Even on a cold winters day you're likely to catch a decent carp or sturgeon. And in the summer, I've never fished a better fishery. Everything you need from bait, food and toilet facilities.
