Bradshaw Hall Fisheries Ltd. Slack Lane, off Bradshaw Road, Bradshaw, Bolton, Lancashire, BL2 4JW BL24JW

Bradshaw Hall Fisheries is a commercial coarse-fishery with the aim of promoting the benefits of angling as a peaceful and relaxing sport. All eight lakes are of historical importance as they were originally formed as features of the medieval Manor of Bradshaw dating from the 12th century, and then later extended to serve Hardcastles Textile Mill that ceased operation in 1963. The present day lakes have been improved and developed into a first class leisure facility. The current owners took over operation of the site as a fishery in the year 2000, which has since seen all coarse-fishing requirements catered for, from the beginner to the specimen hunter.

As a commercial coarse-fishery, standards at Bradshaw Hall Fisheries are first class. The fishing quality is rigorously maintained. Bradshaw Hall Fisheries is a member of Premier Fisheries UK, which is an association of 17 major leisure-fisheries in the UK. Certain quality standards need to be met to achieve membership to this exclusive organisation. The fishery has a continuous development and maintenance programme designed to increase and improve the fishing opportunities available to all anglers and users of the facilities. The desire to massively improve the fishing opportunities for people with special needs is just part of their ongoing programme of improvement.

Good fishery especially for carp, if your into good fishing this is the place to go :-)

Whitmore dan

Very easy fishing for carp. However fish are in very poor condition due to bad angling. Lake 1 is a good lake to fish on If you like a easy days fishing fish are also in better condition in this lake as its not as heavily fished.

There are new owners and they are doing a really good job . All lakes have been tidied up, fish added and the cafe reinstated.

Good fishery, shame about the quality of the older fish, was on lake 3 the other day n most of the fish had no mouths left :( Try to get there early, lake 2 fills up fast and the so called anglers that fill it up cast anywhere n aren't bothered if it's your swim they fish in and if they find put where your catching they move pegs n fish on top of u. Middle of the lake seems best to catch the most/biggest. Big well done to the new owners, they have made it much nicer to fish

Bradshaw hall fisheries can't beat it. I really like it there it's always a good day when you go there :)

Don't like the way that guy is standing up holding a carp. Not good if the fish gets dropped. No un hooking mat either.
